Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Asaba.co.in are digital.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • ❌ No refunds

  • ❌ No cancellations

  • ❌ No exchanges

after delivery or access.


2. Currency

Refunds (if approved) will be processed in the original payment currency (INR or USD).


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Duplicate payment occurred

  • Payment succeeded but product access failed due to our error

Requests must be made within 48 hours of payment.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
